We were in a time crunch to get our carpets cleaned for an Open House that was just a few days away. Everything was happening very quickly. Tim was gracious enough to squeeze us in and when he came to the house I could tell quickly that he was an honest guy. He explained thoroughly everything that he could do for us and then got to work. He spent even more time working than I ever expected especially when he had to squeeze us in to get it to the point of his satisfaction. Our biggest concern was the steps going upstairs. We couldn't believe the difference between the before and after. I honestly felt like he cleaned our carpets the way he would've cleaned his carpets in his own home. We were thrilled with the results as our carpet looked and smelled 10 times better. Thanks to Tim for going above and beyond to satisfy his customers!

Tim did an excellent job on our carpets, stairs and area rugs. He was prompt, scheduling was easy and communication was great. He took his time and explained everything instead of trying to get done as fast as possible and out the door. As for rates he was no more expensive than the major chain companies that have those bargain prices to lure you in then add things to raise the cost. Support small local business' when possible.
