House Cleaning Services by White Swan Quality Cleaners in Tallmadge, Ohio

I will never use White Swan Cleaners again I do not recommend them there are more expensive than other dry cleaners and cannot perform as promised. I've used white swan in the past and currently I am extremely upset with them I called talk to the boss, as the current manager that was in today told me he was, he told me he could have my suit done the next day very minor repair to a waist clasp. So I made the trip and was informed that they could not do that next day which would have been Friday and that it couldn't be done until Monday. So on Monday I called and they told me that it was still being worked on and that all of the pressers had gone home for the day and it was before 3 p.m. and I would have to wait until Tuesday. So here it is Tuesday I come in and I told her the problem in a very nice Manner and all she does is knock 5.90 off for my sport coat I would have expected more for example taking care of the whole bill for me as I told her I had to wait all these extra days and the inaccuracy of the boss and there inability to satisfy the instead of next day but having me to wait an extra 5 days absolutely rediculous. I do not recommend them if a boss doesn't know what is going on with in his business and his employees can't try to fulfill a promise that the boss has given on the phone and shame on them they will never get my business again or anybody that I know if they will listen to my non recommendations.
