So, when I returned to the area recently for my mother's funeral, I trusted Capitol with my suit and shirt. I couldn't have been more disappointed. The customer service was sub-par which I csn excuse, but when the shirt wasn't completed in time "you can drive to Kettering to pick it up" I was told, I was furious. Only after pressing the clerk was there any offer to drive the shirt to the Vandalia location. What was already a stressful day was only made worse by Capitol's incompetence. If you're looking for reliability from your dry cleaner, don't turn to Capitol. |
