I held on to the pamphlet I got in the mail from them for years! They listed everything they do weekly and then how they rotate deep cleaning each visit by room/zone. I showed my kids the expectations and told them what they needed to clean and how often based on their schedule. Then my kids graduated and moved out so I called The Cleaning Authority for real. Since then Shana is here every time and does a fantastic job. Melanie has become a regular as well and is so considerate of what I need due to my remote/at-home job. They ask me when they can vacuum so I don't have the noise while I'm running calls and they are very thorough so I know my living areas are cleaned. I also change up the rooms - some I only need occasionally - and the rates for those are incredibly reasonable. I highly recommend them and am very happy with how well my home is cleaned.

My team Amber and Kas are always very professional, polite and punctual within the time frame. They always do a great job. I really appreciate Cleaning authority assigning the same team for every clean. I feel like they know my home and Me! Which is important to me. The supervisors stop by periodically and do quality checks of their work which I found very impressive. They are invaluable and it's money well spent!
