Had 2 phone calls with two different people? to make the arrangements, it was 100 clear based on comments from both sides that we were only interested in someone cleaning for 5 hrs every two weeks. We noticed that there was confusion when the maids arrived for the first visit, three housekeepers showed up and initiated a deep cleaning process. This was no big deal. However, it all fell apart when no one showed up.two weeks later. I called and spoke to a third person I think? who informed me that this was only a "one-time" cleaning. The maids are probably fine but professional management is lacking. |
