These people make their money scamming insurance companies and homeowners. They were hired by my insurance company to clean up after water damage. Tear up is more like it. They damaged walls, lights, and doors, causing my repair bill to escalate. Charges my insurance wouldn't cover. They brought in equipment that was used for a few days, but left in my home for two weeks so they could continue to charge rent. They entered my home on several occassions without approval via keypad, including once while I was sleeping after working a night shift. They failed to find all of the wet areas, resulting in mold. They are terrible at their jobs, and charge a fortune for it. Insurance agencies need to drop them.

Really professional service, they treated us and our property with respect! Would definitely recommend them to anyone, they super easy to communicate with, were very considerate of scheduling needs and went above and beyond to help us. 10/10 for anyone looking for a mitigation company!
