I brought 5 pair of black work slacks to be dry cleaned. These are pricey slacks, about 80 a pair, and are dry clean only. I told them I did not want creases in my pants. The pants aren't really even supposed to be ironed and the care label even says "cool iron reverse side only". Picked the pants up and EVERY SINGLE PAIR has creases ironed in. One pair has about 4 different creases ironed in..I wish I was joking. Not only that, but I can tell that the pants were ironed on a high setting on the outside of the pants. The fibers are delicate and were melted by the high heat of the iron and now look shiny instead of matte. 400 worth of pants ruined and I had to pay them 33 to do it. The receipt on the attached bag covering the dry cleaned items clearly says NO CREASES. It is also obvious that the fabric care instructions were not read. These pants are less than 2 months old and are the only pants I have for work. It's to put into words the level of disappointment and anger I am feeling right now.
