When he came to actually see my gutters he said, "I need a bigger ladder" I told them no problems if not, and Ken responded, " I said I would do them so I am going to." Two weeks later he bought a bigger ladder and came to do my gutters. Did a great job, Ken even went the extra mile and scrubbed the algae from the faces. Ken will be doing my gutters yearly from here on out, other companies didn't even return my phone calls. The rates were great and the job was done the right way. I will proudly refer and use Ken. |
