I called Addcox and set up an appointment for a service technician to come out within a few days and fix it. As it turned out, they were quite busy the day of the appointment, so Dave the owner came out himself. He not only fixed it, but was very patient in showing me what he was doing and how I could maintain the unit myself to keep it in good working order.
