I lost my ticket, and because of this, they could not locate my clothes.They typed my name wrong into the computer and there was no record of me having dropped off clothes under my phone number either. Not only that but I went in three times and left my phone number all three times, hoping that the owner would call me. The owner never called. I had to do my own detective work. On the day I dropped off my clothes a friend of mine had I also dropped off her clothes with me. I gave prestige cleaners my friends name. There was no record of her having dropped off clothes on that day either. Then I gave them my friends phone number. Not only did they find my clothes under my friends phone number but they had typed her name in wrong so if she had lost her ticket they would have not been able to locate her clothes either. This place completely sucks and I'm thinking about calling the Better Business Bureau. There is nothing prestigious at all about the customer service here. |
