House Cleaning Services by The Cleaning Authority – Rhode Island in Cranston, Rhode Island

I would give a zero if possible. I can't even comment to their actual cleaning service. I phoned to schedule a cleaning and evaluate setting up a long term service plan. I never got a phone call I got a text message. They are not interested in my business since I don't have a long term commitment. If you actually called me you'd know that would be the plan but I'd like to experience the quality of your work. Your initial customer service is so poor it reflects your customer service in its entirety.

Unfortunately, I found them to be a case of "you get what you pay for". Their quote came in a good 25 lower than everyone else's. I'm not sure how they are even making a profit at the rates they charge unless they are paying their staff minimum wage. You know the saying "if you pay peanuts, you get monkeys?" Well, that's what you get. I'd rather pay a little more to get a quality service that treats their staff better.

Virginia and Emily have done a great job on Thursday's cleanings! Maria also used to clean on Fridays, she was also great! They make sure the house is sparkling. Having a clean home is like a dose of good therapy! Thanks for keeping it clean! I've used The Cleaning Authority since 2016 and continue to do so.
