| Karen Chapman | Dry cleaning supposed to be ready on Tues. At 4, went to pick up and was not there, went by Wed, sane thing, went back again on Thurs. And finally received my dry cleaning, still charged me full price, and did not even clean the pants, looked like they were pressed but not washed! Another pair of white pants now have a pink color to them!! Horrible service and very poor customer service, would not recommend to anyone!! |

| Chan Gambrell | I took my dress to get altered and went to pick it up and it had a big yellow stain at the bottom, string was hang to where it was hard to zip my dress up and down, and it didn't fit. One of the employees said the alteration lady had took my dress home with her and did the alterations. I left it because they said they would dry clean it and to come back when the alteration lady was their but I chose to pick my dress up and take it else where. The manager Michael was rude when I spoke with him saying they did the service and if I wanted my dress I had to pay. I recommend no one to use this business for alteration purpose for wedding gowns especially since I know she will take the dress home with her. HORRIBLE SERVICE! |
