If I could give zero stars I would. Absolute worst cleaning job I have ever seen. Floors were left disgusting, they only dusted around objects on counters and left dirt and dog hair behind. They left dead bugs in the window seal. Don't bother with them, you'll have to clean it all yourself like I did.

This is the first review I have ever written because I am so upset with the quality of this business. I am writing to warn you to spare your money. I used this service as a move out clean when vacating a rental house. When I booked my appointment I discussed in detail with them what cleaning was included in their service to make sure it would meet my needs since my landlord left a descriptive cleaning checklist, so I was excited to splurge and save myself the hassle of the nutty gritty cleaning details. The house was very clean before they started, the bathrooms and kitchen were nearly perfect, so it was a really easy job to begin with. There were 3 cleaners and they got done in 2 hours, I left a generous tip on the counter for them because I figured they were not the ones making the big bucks for their hard work. When I got home I wondered what they did besides wipe down my baseboards and spray perfume everywhere. They did a fantastic job on the baseboards throughout the house, including the stairwell. However, they did not even touch the blinds that needed dusted or the glass on the inside of the sliding door. They did not wipe the insides of the empty drawers or wipe down the face of the cabinets in the kitchen. When they arrived the girl looked nervous and told me that their vacuum didnt work well and she keeps telling her boss they need a new one but wasn't able to convince the boss to replace it. I'm pretty sure she expected me to be angry by her nervous, defensive explanation. It seemed like she had had this conversation before. I did not get angry as she was clearly just doing her job. I just told her not to bother vacuuming because I didn't want to pay hourly when I would have to redo it anyway. I was glad for her honesty, but really annoyed with the management. They left a puddle on the living room floor with white residue all around it. I was very disappointed. I called the company because they had advertised that they would return to redo anything that was missed as long as you called in 24 hours. I got an answering machine and stupidly, I left a polite message telling them why I was calling. They never returned my call. I called back several times over 24 hours and never got a hold of anyone. The only reason I did not stay during the clean was because I had my 1 year old, high energy son and it was too difficult to have him there. I did not make it back before they finished as they left so quickly. I used this service because it was cheaper than other cleaning businesses I had called. I guess you get what you pay for, clean baseboard and perfume.

not happy-I was out of town and hired them to do a deep clean of a completely empty 2/1 house, so very small and easy job. Shower doors were not cleaned and when I called about it, got no call back. Not impressed, this was an easy job done poorly.
