House Cleaning Services by The Cleaners in Fort Mill, South Carolina

My husband took 2 pairs of jeans to be hemmed. He asked them if they were going to measure them and they said no and that they would just take them up an inch. So, against our better judgement he left them. I go back to get them today and she says the cost to hem 2 pairs of jeans is 43. TWO PAIRS. I asked why it cost that much and she explains that their typical person was sick and they had to send them to someone else so it cost more. WAY MORE. And none of this was related to us to decide if we wanted to pay double the cost or not before the work was done. Totally unprofessional and no, we would not have had them do the pants knowing this information. There are plenty of other seamstresses that could do the work for half of that cost. Total BS. We will not be going back and will definitely be letting people know to never use this service.

I went to the new location in Springfield Town Center near the new Harris Teeter on Springfield Parkway. I need dress shirts laundered and the man who works in the morning named Dave "guaranteed" me that the collars would be properly folded on the crease. The first set of shirts came back with the collars poorly done and they had to be re-done but I was told the machine that presses the shirts had been broken. The second set of shirts came back also poorly done and Dave kept them for a redo. I just picked them up and they were still awful part of the inside of the collar which is a different pattern is folded out ensuring they can't be worn. The woman who was working this evening told me they can't make them any better unless I wanted to pay 5 / shirt for manual folding. I will never go back and advise against having dress shirts laundered. Very poor results. I will post a picture of the collar if I can find a way to do so

I brought a group of brand new shirts8and pants 5 to have them cleaned/ presses. I needed the outfits back for a business meeting Wednesday morning and was guaranteed by the lady they would be done Tuesday. I have the receipt showing pick up Tuesday after 4. I went to pick them up at 5 and they were in a ball off to the side and nothing had been done to them except being tagged. The lady who was there was a different lady than I had dropped off to. She stated she didn't know anything about them and I could just come back tomorrow. I explained again I needed them for my husbands work and again was told sorry there is nothing we can do. I was handed back clothes that were more wrinkled than when I had dropped them off. I then called Dave the next day to explain the situation and find out where the lack of communication is that clothes are not ready when the customer is told they will be ready. I was again told sorry someone made a mistake and there was nothing they could do about it. It was reiterated to me that mistakes happen everywhere. Yes I realize mistakes happen but the lack of trying to correct the issues is mind boggling to me. After talking to just a few people I found out that I am not the only one who has had this issue with them. I was so looking forward to the pick up drop off service ever week and now I will have to find another dry cleaners. Be warned if your clothes are needed on a specific day do not trust these guys!
