It was horrible, and Nancy Myers emailed me after I left her a detailed list of was wrong. She briefly responded, said she was sorry, and they were experiencing "growing pains." I responded further stating that the re-cleaning she offered would need to be while I was home. She never contacted me again or actually came out to re-clean. |
