| Veronica Lynch | My mother had a stroke and we are in the process of fixing up her house to get it on the market. Merry maids came out and gave us a deep cleaning quote for January and then a general cleaning quote for February since the house would be empty and on the market by February. My mother paid for January and February cleaning and has been trying to get ahold of someone to schedule the February cleaning day which we are ready for now. No one will call her back. She has called twice and emailed once. I have emailed three times and got a response from the manager stating they would call my mother the next day. Did they? Nope. I feel they are taking advantage of someone in a vulnerable state as my mother is currently in assisted living. Not only that, but we paid for the service and they are not completing the task. I would NOT recommend. |
