| Ross Baker | RUN! I mean RUN from this place. If there was a zero rating, this place wouldn't deserve it. I dropped off one pair of pants at 8:15 AM in Florence and asked for Express service due to my aunts death in the upstate and was told it would have to be the the next day after 2:00 PM so I didn't complain and just showed up at 4:00 PM. Guess what? No pants! Was told my Tommy Bahama linen pants were red flagged. What does that mean? No call, no warning! Bad bad bad business!! I have demanded my clothing back but they are 30 miles from my home. I was told "it wasn't their fault. " Imagine what they're doing to your clothing. Dry clean here at your own risk! |
