| Wendi Peters | Started using this cleaning company in early 2019 after reading good reviews and meeting with the owner. What I've learned is most folks just move on after a bad experience, without warning others. This company almost ruined my vacation rental business. The unit was never really cleaned - every week one of the basic cleaning items wasn't done - countertops, mirrors or even the floors. And during summer, with back to back check-out/check-ins 10am - 4pm, the unit wasn't ready by 4pm a majority of the time. Owner abruptly emailed me in Oct 2019 to say he was closing the doors and would no longer be servicing my unit, yet the business is still open AND owner has not returned the keys to my unit. Had to file a complaint with the BBB. This company may be fine for a commercial cleaning office building, etc however do not use for a vacation rental. |
| Cindy Maxwell | Did a good job until they apparently shut down the company without telling anybody. All I got was a text from one of the people they had used saying nothing was being done and she still had a copy of our key. Stay away!!! |
