I hired Castle Keepers for the first time on Feb. 20th to do sort of a trial run before my baby arrives so I could see the quality of work they do. For that alone, I would give them four stars. However, an item worth 250 was taken from my home and since Feb. 23rd, I have not had a courtesy response to my attempts to reach a supervisor. Initially, I called to ask if they'd put the item somewhere I could have missed and until I had an answer, didn't want anyone returning to clean but I received no response. Fast forward to today, Mar. 5th I called again to follow up after a team showed up to my home!! I have waited on a response all day as I was assured for the second time that a supervisor would contact me by the end of the day and again, I did not received a call. A simple acknowledgement and refund for either my item or the service provided would have been fine for me but apparently some accountability and acknowledgment is too much to ask for.

Castle Keepers has been my cleaning service for more than 6 years, on a weekly basis, and I am very pleased with their work, especially my favorite cleaning person, Hattie, who has been with me all that time. Her current helper Tisha, is also very efficient. Hattie outshines the others because she is always on time and completes the things I have asked her to do without having to be reminded. She is a SPECIAL friend and I am grateful she is so loyal!
