To be honest I didn't see these google and yelp reviews until the day I had the cleaning scheduled and got very nervous about using this company. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the job your two technicians did on my carpet. It looks great, smells better and even feels much better. The job was well worth the price. I would recommend the cleaning.

Caution! Beware! Warning! Are those words enough to make you stay away??..We had 3 rooms cleaned when they get here they start to upsell as soon as they enter the house. I had very very minor dirt due to 6 months since last being cleaned with a different company. There machine ran over once in a horrible pattern that wasn't even. Only does middle of room. Top surface Dirt is still there.

I had to give them one star, because I couldn't give them zero! They came to our door. We had a Groupon and they told us to redeem it first. We did that. After that they told us because you put the furniture in the kitchen we should charge you 20 more, because the price is based on the room full of furnitures and now area is more. I said if you think so you don't have to do rooms and just do the area you promised. He suddenly became so angry and mad and said I am not going to clean your carpet and left. I shocked and told him, fine do it I will pay the extra, but he said your money will go to Groupon not my pocket and left our place in a very aggressive manner. I believe if they want to charge more for any reason, they shouldn't ask you redeem your Groupon first. They should see if you are agreed to pay more, before asking you redeem your purchase. Also, they are not polite and friendly, and maybe they are dangerous. I really felt very bad and unsafe with them. Finally, I called their customer service and no one answered. Please be very careful about them.
