We spent a lot of time searching for a cleaning service, and we decided to go with Christina due to her high reviews, excellent communication, attention to detail, and overall organization of her business and processes. She spends a lot of time ensuring you are completely satisfied and comfortable with her services via checklists, automated reminders, text messages, background check verification, business credential verification, monthly newsletters, etc. You will always know when they are coming, who is coming, and what they did that day via a checklist left on your counter. If you ever have special requests or notes on certain areas to watch for you can always message her and they will ensure to note it down on your account to make sure everyone knows what to do. Also, they leave Andes Mints with the checklist on each cleaning which is absolutely AMAZING and "icing on the cake" to me : !!! Nothing like coming home to a clean house and chocolate! Overall, we are very satisfied and glad we have found a service that we can trust in our home.
