However, we took a comforter to be cleaned. We were told it would be ready in a week. Went back and it wasn't ready. No problem, we would check back again in a few days. We actually went back a week later all to find out it had NEVER been sent out for cleaning. The owner sent one of her teenagers to explain it. My husband asked to speak to the owner. We have never encountered such rude inexcusable behavior. Much less from an owner. She came across like this comforter was the only business we had brought her. We were in there EVERY week with business. Never again! |
