Where to begin... Bottom line: I had issues and attempted to work with Rick's staff and I was met with defensiveness and disregard. I gave up when his various staff started damaging my belongings. When I contacted the office to cancel my service, not the office manager or even the OWNER asked why. Take this as your warning. They don't care and that attitude trickles throughout the staff.

We have been using their service for several months on a biweekly basis. They started off good, and the quality definitely went down every visit. We had to start going around and pointing obvious things out to them. We almost always had the same two ladies. On several visits they kept asking if we were going to keep some old videos and Disney collectibles. We ended up giving them some of the videos, but told them the Disney items were not for sale. It got to be annoying having to say "No" every time. The final straw was this last visit, when my wife heard them whispering up stairs and it sounded suspicious. She walked up to find them going through some of our boxes of Disney collectibles. They had pulled things out of the boxes and were laid out like they were going to take them. My wife immediately questioned them, and they were startled and acted like they were just admiring her collection. After they left, she went to check everything out and they just left everything out and did not bother cleaning up after themselves. It doesn't appear that anything was taken, but they knew that was off limits. Also, they had to move a lot of stuff to get to everything. I contacted the company and spoke to the manager. She acted very indifferent and not even an apology. All she said was she will let the owner know, once I cancelled service. I waited several days for the owner to contact me, but he never did. We always tipped them at the end of service, and this just really got under our skin. When the owner doesn't even call to follow up and apologize, that should tell you all you need to know.

They are terrible. They broke our mirror. Then knocked the new mirror the replaced off the wall. The cleaning was inconsistent. They would spray the tub but not clean it. They would say they gave special attention to something and it was still dirty. They didnt mop and swept dirt into corners. When they said an inspector would come to verify the work, the inspector never showed up. They gave half hearted apologies. DO NOT use this service.
