owner use to be friendly and I continued to go here because he was so nice. Occasionally items were not cleaned well and 60 of the time my sweaters were shrunk down a size. been going here for over 2 years. owners attitude has shifted drastically since December and just had a sweater ruined beyond wear... half of it was shrunk two sizes smaller than the other half and no amount of stretching has made it salvagable. will not be going here again and I caution anyone with sweaters not to go here. I like to support small business owners but his recent attitude change makes me no longer willing to overlook the subpar cleaning service.

Unbelievably rude and nasty. I dropped clothes off and was sadly diagnosed with cancer shortly after and had to return to Oregon. They've call multiple times to harass me about picking up my clothes and each time I've shared with them that I'm not in the state, I'm sick, and don't know when I'll be able to return. I just got another call stating I have one week to get them, she doesn't care that I'm sick, I should have someone else that can come get them. I'm not from here, I don't have family here. Who am I going to send to get my four items that seem to be bothering you so badly? I have had much bigger items on my plate and I cannot believe how rude and how little sympathy you have for others.
