House Cleaning Services by Stanley Steemer in Kingsport, Tennessee

The customer service rep was extremely helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. She help me decide what was the best service for my carpets. The technician called beforehand and showed up on time! The cleaning was fast and well done. Mr. Jackson was also very courteous and explained the procedure and what to do after the service. Even though they used long hoses they covered doors and other spaces with protective padding. Five stars all around! Thanks guys!

Price quoted was very different from what it ended up being quoted once the service people arrived. People should be aware that an eat-in kitchen counts as a kitchen and a dining room - 2 rooms, regardless of how small the eat-in area is. Also, a tiny laundry room, 4x6, in my case, counted as another room. Some tile grout came out in the steaming process. I had to pay someone to match and patch the grout. The extra charge for sealing the grout is not worth it. It took about 10 minutes. All together, I thought the price charged was too high. 372 for a kitchen eat-in combo, small laundry room off the kitchen and 2 fairly small bathrooms. Sealer on Kitchen, eat-in, and laundry. I would not use Stanley Steamer again.

This was the first time I used them and it was an excellent experience. They didn't need to carry heavy equipment in or anything. They literally had two hoses ran in the house and even had a cover for the door to help block out cold air. They we're friendly and they got the job done fast and afterwards asked if I was happy with how it looked. I definitely recommend them and the pricing isn't bad at all for the rooms.
