House Cleaning Services by Marshall Cleaning Service in Knoxville, Tennessee

Save your time and money! I searched all over Knoxville for cleaning service and decided on this one! First issue, I asked for a 11am appt because that's the time I head to lunch! They call me at 10am saying they were at my house waiting! What?! I asked for an 11am appt not 10am! Had to leave work to let them in. Second, I SPECIFICALLY asked for them to clean all the doors, the trim, baseboards, DETAIL the windows and blinds, ALL THE LIGHT FIXTURES, DETAIL the kitchen! And vacuum! I left them there knowing my husband would be later with a painter to go over any mistakes the painters made there's a reason I bring this up, stay tuned . I also let the cleaners know that my husband and the painter would be by to do this so not to freak out! " ok " they said. Cool, I leave to go back to work, I get a call around 1130 for them to tell me that some of the lines on my blinds were broken .Ok thanks for letting me know something I already knew! She says " do you still want me to detail the kitchen?" " um...YES!" Ok! Get a call around 130-2ish to tell me they're done. And if I'd like to do a walk through, I say " no that's ok, I'm still at work ..if there's anything wrong, I will call back and have you guys come back out" perfect . Paid my 260 and went on about my work day. I get a call around 330 - 4 and my husband says " did they even clean ?! " " well yeah. I went through my list". I get home and the ONLY thing they did was vacuum and clean my son's tub ..thats it! Literally... Nothing else!! I'm not even gonna go through the list of things they didn't do... I'll just let you guys take a look at the photos! The best part about it was when I called to get a refund. The owners wife said she would send them back out! I said no, if I wanted my house cleaned, I would do it myself, and that I wouldn't have them come back out .I could do a much better job! Problem is.. I WORK FULL TIME! Hence, why I hired someone .Then refused to give me a refund . said that she would talk to her husband about a 65-70 Refund and that she Would " call me back" NEVER CALLED ME BACK! OHHHHH ANDDDDD, when she called the cleaner to ask about what happened, the cleaner straight up LIED and said that they couldn't detail the kitchen because there were painters ALL OVER painting and that they wouldn't go behind them to clean! WHAT?!?!? The painter were DONE painting!!! My husband came by the house while they were cleaning with ONE painter to mark the mistakes the painters needed to go over .Little did she know that my husband was in the house while she was there and that there were NO PAINTERS!! OH and she admitted to NOT cleaning my stainless steel appliances and the owner had the balls to say " she cleaned the inside of your dishwasher and made it Nice and sparkly for you" I DIDNT EVEN ASK HER TO CLEAN THE INSIDE OF MY DISHWASHER. I told her not to worry about the inside of the cabinets or the inside of the appliances. So needless to say I paid 260 for someone to vacuum my upstairs and a tub cleaning ..DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!

I was impressed by the technician that cleaned my carpet. He was on time, he answered my questions and he went right to work. He did a good job and I really appreciated his professionalism. His name was Michael.

Awesome service!! Highly recommended!!! I had a horrible paint stain on my carpet. The technician, Michael, came and inspected it and gave me his honest opinion that the stain probably would not come all the way out but that he would do his best to try and get it out. Well he set to work in it and got it almost all the way out. He then cleaned my entire bedroom and my carpet looks brand new!!! He was extremely polite and professional!! The whole company is extremely professional. Top notch!!!! Thank you Marshall's!!!
