| Brian Allen | I have been using this place since December and have had enough. Every single time there has been problems, Crooked & multiple creases, wrinkles ironed into the fabric, buttons ironed folded over on the fabric and today I pick up my shirts and there are NO CREASES AT ALL! I was told well we don't automatically do that you must ask for it. WHAT? I bring in dress uniform shirts & request medium starch to get cleaned & pressed and THAT is the sorry excuse I get? REALLY? It isn't like she had not just seen me AND these same shirts a week ago. The lady that works there makes it VERY obvious that she REALLY does not care. At one point the excuse I was given was "well your shirts are really big & it is hard to press them". I have done it on a standard ironing board, I have even done it while traveling in our travel trailer with an ironing board that is 1/3 the size of a regular ironing board! They can't properly press a suit, trousers or suit any better than that with PROFESSIONAL EQUIPMENT? |
