| steve LYDEN | I've asked ProClean to clean my concrete driveway. They sent someone out to look at the driveway and develop an estimate. They e-mailed back that it would cost 265. I saw in their estimate that in cases of red clay it could cost more money. I called to discuss and asked if the person who gave the estimate thought I needed to pay additional money. The person I spoke to did not know. But someone came out to the house again, who I never saw. I receive another e mail with the estimate of 295. This included the small walkway and the porch. There was no charge for red clay removal. The attached photo is an " after" photo. Not a very good job. I recommend in the future the person who comes out to the home discuss the job in person with the home owner. |
