This person has never used our services but ironically gave a 5 Star rating to a competitor and a one star to us. That's why they remain anonymous. Anyone who knows us and me, truly knows that we are very ethical and do NOT up sell our air duct services. They are quoted by the number of vents and units. I personally take EVERY customer call.
