| Terese Thomas | We used Pristine for our cleaning in our cabin. This proved to be a mistake. We have the misfortune of being one of the many cabins that burned. We contacted them to tell them not to go clean after check out because the cabin was gone - they said they had cleaned it earlier that day so I paid the 250 cleaning charge. The very next morning the last guest that checked out contacted us to ask us to send them a suitcase that had been left behind by a child. When I called Pristine to ask what they did with the luggage piece. They didn't know anything about a suitcase and after questioning them they finally admitted that they actually did not clean the cabin. They offered to refund my money and I asked to get our sheets and linens back the second set. They told me they didn't know which ones were ours. It was brought to light that the expensive linens and towels I offered at my cabin had been mixed in with lower quality ones and my guests were getting mismatched whatever!!! I not not receive my money back in the mail so I matched myself up to the office and demanded it. Do not make the mistake of trusting these people. |
| Rob Hutchison | We used Pristine to clean our vacation homes and it turned out to be the worst cleaning company we have ever used. They did not show up to clean the cabins on the day scheduled and we were left with very upset guests. They are very dishonest. |

In that very short period of time I had multiple complaints on cabins not being clean, dirty sheets on the beds, Hot tub was even left not filled up or cleaned, ETC ETC. Too many complaints to even name. Then upon leaving their services find out that we do not have our sheets and even our expensive comforter sets that were given to them trustingly to put in our cabins. I am sure we can find our comforters and are nice sheets in their personal cabins. I highly do not recommend this company. As this is a direct reflection upon us as cabin owners |
