After another HVAC company who was sent to my home by my home warranty company told me that my unit was beyond repair, I called Integrity out. The first company told me my gas igniter was bad, and the heat exchanger tubes had holes in them, and that I would need a new unit. Even though most of the unit would have been paid for by my home warranty company, something didn't seem right. I called Integrity and they promptly came out to my home. With marked vehicles and service technicians in uniform, they inspected my unit and found no holes in the tubes, and put a new igniter on. The unit runs as good as new now. Not only did they save me a lot of money, but they told me the truth about my unit. These days, not very common. I will be having them out twice a year to do maintenance on my unit going forward.

I called them after normal hours and was able to get someone on the phone. They set up a time for the next day, and boy was it needed. With the temperature inside sweltering, the technician was able to find the issue and get it resolved quick as lightning. He was polite, direct to business and answered all our questions. Best of all, the repair didn't cost too much, and I would definitely recommend this company for others to use.

Several companies could not do the work we needed done but Integrity was quick about getting it done and the price was very reasonable.
