After an unfortunate incident involving some boiled eggs WAY overdone.....the team responded immediately to get things rolling - even though it was about 8pm on the Friday evening of Labor Day weekend. They cheerfully arrived to assess the situation, which was a smoke filled home and the overwhelmingly bad odor of burnt eggs! They gave us a brief idea of the scope of work involved and assured us that the work would truly result in the "Like It Never Happened" state. We moved out, by necessity, and turned the house over to the team. They were considerate of our home and belongings and pets. They conducted themselves in a completely professional manner. After several days, we came back to a home that was spotlessly cleaned from floor to ceiling in every room, without a hint of the awful odor. Nothing broken or missing, no excuses for this or that, just a job well done. They were accepting of our visits and were always right at work whenever we popped in. So happy we had this experience to take care of a situation we never expected to have. Great job everyone!
