I really appreciated the prompt response, and Iris was very friendly and professional. She made my stove and oven shine! She asked me to look everything over before she left, and I approved her work. However, later I noticed a few areas that needed more attention. I paid for a deep clean for a 2800 square foot home, but she only cleaned the downstairs area of my 3400 square foot home. No bedrooms and no full baths. I was pleased with most of the work, but I feel the price was a little high for what she did. Thank you so much for the help!

I wish there was a zero star for this place. We were charged 191 today for the worst 'deep' cleaning job. Our apartment is only 1300 square feet. They promised to have someone check their work and that never happenned. The manager, after seeing pictures of how our place was left, admitted it was not good and said he would come that night at 8pm to clean. Who wants someone at their place after 8pm after a long day of work? He then offered to come the next day but we would have to pay another 30 to take our dogs to daycare and miss a few hours of work again! Again the owner promised a manager would inspect before the cleaners left! Dont make promises you don't keep! I feel sick that we got so taken advantage of. What a scumbag company.

Pretty disappointed in this company. They literally send a checklist saying what gets cleaned with the package you buy and they don't follow it. Paid 227 in total and got an average cleaning. I wanted it really clean, I told them I want the best package so my house is really clean since I'm listing for sale next week. I'm beyond tired of dealing with contractors, but this was just another company selling you a dream then they send a lady who doesn't take pride in her work. Definitely would not recommend
