This company caused me great hardship. I scheduled for a move out cleaning service as we were selling our home. No show, left voicemail, waited, left 2nd voicemail, waited, left 3rd voicemail. I finally get a text approx. 2 1/2 hrs after scheduled arrival time that he the owner was in a meeting and could only text. That one of us made a mistake on the date. He clearly repeated the date and time when scheduling my job. The date he claimed was many days AFTER my escrow closed. Now why would I schedule a date when I do not own the home. And we all know clearly when we close escrow as you have an appointment to sign the documents with the title company. Not my error. So, texted that he has now put me in a bind and I would be breaching my contract if he does not show that night or very early the next morning.......no response. Don't know if work is so plentiful that every customer does not matter, or what their reason was to justify, but this was a serious problem which the owner did not even respond to. Stay away from this service if it is important to you.

I had a scheduled appointment for the 17th to use a gift certificate issued to us by the owner for a previous missed appointment last year. Had to pay someone else and this time we have money lost, this company was a no show and the phone number was disconnected when I called several days before and after. Finally got a hold of the owner on the Friday after and he said he would call me back and make it right with the missed appointment. Never got a call back yet, guess this is how they do there customers.

0 stars, agreed to do business with them they told me to call them back 5 minutes later to confirm. I have been trying to get a hold of them for 2 weeks and no answer. Horrible Company!!!!
