House Cleaning Services by Just Cleaning Company in Austin, Texas

I have used Just Cleaning for more than a year now and have been very satisfied. I like the way they bring all their own supplies and get through a 2200 square foot house in just a couple hours. The cleaners change from time to time of course, but they do their best to send the same person when you find one you particularly like. They also send them well prepared with instructions. I work from home, so they need to do the office first so I can get back to work. That sort of thing. I let them in...take the dog for a walk...and by the time I'm back, my office is done and I'm back to work.

Unresponsive company!!!! I called this company and I asked for the 'deep-cleaning' which included ceiling fans and dust boards. I also put in a request to take special care of the floor in the kitchen as I had dropped a glass in there and I wanted them to make sure I got it all. Well.... I can run my finger along the blades of my fans and I take off clumps of dust. And I am also picking off glass of my kitchen floor and they didn't even vacuum under my dining room table. I emailed them twice to get the problem fixed and I have gotten no reply! Not a good company!!!
