| Stephanie Milam | We had a terrible experience with Trustworthy Cleaning Services. My family member and I were moving out of our townhouse, and our lease requires a professional cleaning. We hired and paid Trustworthy Cleaning Services to do a 'move out' clean, however MANY of the areas they were supposed to clean per our agreement were not touched. Our stairs were not vacuumed and there was still visible debris on the carpet, our hard floors were barely mopped, our baseboards were not touched, and our microwave had visible fingerprints. Upon realizing this, we got on our hands and knees to clean baseboards and floors with whatever remaining cleaning supplies we could find, and lots of dirt and dust immediately came up see photo. I DO NOT recommend this team. |
