House Cleaning Services by Jack Brown Cleaners in Bee Cave, Texas

Aerial, the manager was so supportive and advised me what course to take when a jacket that was worn only once, returned from John Brown with spots on the back. I truly appreciate her customer service and concern for the damage of the clothing. All John Brown branches need an Aerial as their manager!

I have been using the service of Jack Brown at the location of Bee Caves 12412 TX-71, Bee Cave, TX 7838 for more than 3 years. I drop off the clothes and I do not have to take a recipt since I use the orange bag with my name tage. Recently, the management of tha location changed and I dropped my bag to the manager herself at 6:50 p.m. on Thursday December 26th. I waited for a couple of days and I asked for the status, the manager her name is Ariel denied that she received my clothes. We had an argument and she hang up on me. I called her back and she never answered me. Then, I got calll from Laura who is supposed to be a district manager and she was yelling at me like crazy who is the customer?. Then, the next day I went to the location to see if I can identify the shirts and when I got there, Ariel called Laura who talked to me on the phone and was yelling and accused me of harrassment. She went out of her way to calim that not I only I am falsely accusing that location but also the location in Lakewy. I have initially called the Lakeway location thinking that was the lakeway location for which the manager gave me the correct number. Upon Laura's accusation, I called the Lakeway manager asking if I even disucssed the clothes and he denied saying that. I called back Laura asking her why she is fabricating stories, and she told me "you cannot do anything about it.". I asked for her supervisor, in which I filed, over a week, three complaints online and not answer. I guess, Laura's statement showed that Jack Brown has no sense of accountability.

These guys do a wonderful job with alterations. Wouldn't trade them for anybody else.
