House Cleaning Services by Sometimes Spouse Bell Co. in Belton, Texas

My new fence looks great. This was my first time using Sometimes Spouse Bell Co. They did an excellent job from start to finish! Kayla was just wonderful to work with, always available to answer questions and the whole process was easy. The guys who installed the fence were very friendly and they finished early.

If I could rate my experience I wouldn't even give a star. It all started out at the beginning of May. I needed my home painted and then cleaned because I had a bad renter. I hired these people to do my painting and then clean. I went and bought the material and gave Brandon the key to my home. He seemed like a good guy someone who kept his word. I was so very wrong. Needless to say supposibly the work was getting done in my home. Well after it being over a week and me trying to follow up with Brandon and seeing when my home was going to be done I was told there was a delay because he had to fire a employee that was working in my home because work was really not getting done. My husband went down to the home to do some yard work and other things that needed to get done around the home. My husband had left his drill and other miscellaneous tools at the house. He arrived to find a man and a women painting the home the wrong color of paint. He also then noticed his tools were gone and guess what a whole stainless steel refrigerator. Yup, that's right folks someone stole power tools, a refrigerator, and these supposibly professional people painting our home. I didn't know what to do. I couldn't believe what my husband was telling me. I then called Brandon to let him know that we were missing items from the home down to a bottle of whiskey I had left on the counter. He couldn't believe it either and said he knew it was the guy he fired. We came to agreement to just have them do the work that I was going to pay for originally and I would not file a police report. I told them a date I needed the work done by and that was the deal in exchange for all the things that went missing from my home. Needless to say the realtor and I showed up to find the home half way painted looked like a 2 year old was painting, and paint all over my cabinets in the kitchen the blue paint that was there before that you could see through because no one primed. I originally bought a 5 gallon of keelz, a 5 gallon of white paint, and a 5 gallon of beige paint. They went through the paint because they painted the home the wrong color and had to use more. And then on top of everything had us go buy more paint two more 5 gallon buckets. They used a spray gun of some sort did not tape so all my white trim was painted the same color of the walls, took off all the face plates to the switches and never replaced them or put the originals back on. They took down my nice levolor blinds to clean and only hung some up and broke several of them I found them in pieces thrown on the floor of my laundry room today. There are clips missing from the blinds and the top that finishes the look. The home is not clean and the paint now has got to get redone. I spoke with the owner and was told he was not sending any of his staff back into my home to fix anything. He told me he had spent too much on labor. Well what about me? I just waited over a month for this professional company to paint my home and clean. Now I have to hire someone to clean up their work buy new blinds by the way there is paint all over them and they are broken and pay someone to clean the home. All that was promised to me not done. Oh and I get to buy a new fridge and tools. Waste of time. This company is by no means professional. There quality of work is by no means professional. I got told over the whole month by Brandon that he did not have employees or money to pay his employees to work. How exactly is this a business? Do yourself a favor and stay clear. I trusted these people in my home and they stole and trusted them to keep their word which they did not. If I could post pictures on here I would of the work that these people did my home is a disaster.
