All the staff is awesome, friendly, patient & always willing to explain anything we have a question about without being pushy, trying to sell you something or making you feel odd for asking the question. Excellent service. Needed a whole new air conditioning unit during the summer heat wave. Installed our new unit earlier than scheduled, and let us borrow a cooler unit for our home free of charge. I really want to thank the installers. The technicians were very polite and considerate of my spouse who was asleep after pulling a 12hr shift. They were also very friendly and understanding when my dogs and cats wanted to help. Even with that, they finished the entire install and had the house cool again before my kids came home from school. The best part was they didn't nickel and dime everything. The quote I got from Guadalupe, was the price I paid. No hidden fees, no silly service charges. This is truly a customer service company and I have been recommending them to everyone. Keep doing what you're doing. You guys are awesome!
