Product did not work for my floor. My tile is actually the one pictured in the company's October special. It looked this clean for about two weeks, and then reverted back to it's original, dark and dirty self! I called the owner and he quickly came back out to try another application. It again, lasted 2 weeks and then the dark seeped back through. I am super disappointed and frustrated that my phone calls have not been returned. The 400 that they charged me would have been a great deal IF my grout looked clean for a few years NOT a few weeks.

We were getting estimates to replace our tile floor. We had Seal Systems come out to show us what they could do for it by cleaning and sealing. Tyler showed us a sample of cleaning and recoloring the grout. It looked great so we hired them. The work was done on time and the tile cleaned up and the grout looked like new. Very happy we hired them because we saved thousands of dollars and we couldn't be more pleased

Highly Recommend Seal Systems!!! Tyler and his team are extremely professional, honest, and hard working. They showed up when they said they would; removed their shoes when walking from tile to carpet; are easy to communicate with...can you even find service like this anymore?! Our tile looks brand new!!!! I wish we would have gotten our tile cleaned and re-sealed sooner! They thoroughly cleaned the tile and grout, ensured it dried and then were on their hand and knees resealing the grout!
