Instead of inconveniencing me with a later date, the owner himself came out to my cleaning appointment because he knew the rest of his staff would be to busy tending to other clients' needs. The job was done efficiently and he even showed me a trick to get candle wax out of my carpet. After he was done, he shared a few encouraging words for the upcoming school year. Things like, "Don't listen to people's nonsense", "Discover your passion", "And if you have a goal, sink your teeth into it, and never let go." Goes to show that there are still honest, hardworking businessmen in the world. |
