House Cleaning Services by Molly duster maids in Dallas, Texas

I booked with this company via Amazon home services. First they text me and state my services are subject to change even though they haven't arrived to perform any work and know nothing about my home. When I tell them that I have already paid for services and I do not expect a price increase, I was told that this is standard and they will adjust the price if "they feel" the price should be increased and I can cancel at that time. I explained that amazon states the services that is included in the cleaning and that's what I expect at the price that I had paid. They only went on and on and on with me and told me feel free to cancel my service. I stated they could cancel because it was their company that wants to change the terms of service for a job that is already paid. So the company decides to cancel the job. All of this without first seeing my home or the job they are supposed to provide. THEN... they continued to text me, threatening legal action against me because I told them I was going to write a review on yelp and google and anywhere they are advertising about their customer service or lack thereof. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. They are trying to rip people off by stating upfront their prices will not be upheld. They also have poor reviews on google, yelp and amazon. Horrid!!!!

This maid service was recogmended by a friend o needed cleaning and organizing of closets lisa and angeline came out and did a gteeat job ! Thank you guys so much
