Their cleaning crew has been top-notch, but unfortunately, they save your billing/credit card information and they wound up charging a lot of people including myself due to a breach in their system. They had a recording on their 1-800 number stating this, so it obviously happened to enough of us to make a recording about it. Furthermore, I never authorized them saving my credit card information and this is very concerning. Sadly, I will not do business with any organization that saves my payment information without my authorization, for this exact reason. |
