I HIGHLY recommend Rainbow International of Denton. We are getting ready to put our house on the market and had three different carpet stains that a previous carpet cleaner could not get out. We had a surprise showing scheduled before our house actually went on the market and we really wanted to try to get them out one last time before showing the house. Although his day was booked, Mike understood our dilemma and extended his already long day to come help me. AND, he got all three stains out. I can't even find where they were. Not only was he kind and courteous, but his professionalism and attention to detail was beyond reproach. He was a perfectionist. However, Rainbow was suggested by the insurance company and I am so glad that I selected them for our water restoration. Mike and Mykala were amazing! They arrived at our home in the middle of the night and were so courteous. This was our first time with water damage, but Mike was calm in explaining the process and setting our expectations. Always prompt and flexible with setting appointments. The plus is that it was seamless to work with insurance company.
