House Cleaning Services by Cleaners in El Paso, Texas

I asked to have one of my dress shirts cleaned and pressed. It has these weird rust stains all over it no idea how they got there. My specific order: Stain removal; dry clean; heavy press/no starch. I pick up the shirt to find it pressed with all stains still visible. I asked the robotic lady behind the counter, "why would they press the shirt if they could not remove the stains?" And "How the hell do you charge someone for a bad job?" The lady just kept repeating "this is the process". She didn't even try to offer a solution. Any other time they'd do a good job, but I'd rather pay more on post.

If I could give this place a lower score I would. I picked up my white pants and jacket a week after I dropped it off. They were new prior to dropping it off. A few days later I took my clothes out of the plastic and discovered my white jacket and pants had a dingy grayish tint, as if they cleaned with something else that dyed it. When I took it back the store manager told me because she didn't know what it looked like prior to me dropping it off the only thing she could do was run it back through again. I should of learned my lesson after I brought my comforter to them and received it back with a sarcastic note attached stating “ next time bring back free of pet hair”. I'm sorry I have a cat and a dog nothing will be free of pet hair. I thought I would give them another shot of professionalism by bringing back my items. Lessons learned, they will never get my business again!

I was so pleased with the service. The lady was so helpful and answered all my questions and even though she was short staffed she met the timeline. Thank you for all the help.

The main lady knew English and presented herself professionally. Clean place. Knocked one star for time frame when clothes would be available. Great overall.

Requested specifically that they return the name tapes on the receipt from the ABUs to give to a friend, they threw them out.

Bad service. I gave a jacket and showed where the spots need to be cleaned. After 5 days, I picked up same way I gave. They could not clean it. So what is the point I paid?

Horrible service, disorganized. Lost my pants that required alterations for a week. Return pants to me with stains.

Same day turn around on 5 pieces, friendly and helpful staff, and the prices aren't bad either. I will definitely be returning.

Took one shirt in when I went to pick it up , wasn't ready . Then I get a call explaining the shirt was stain . Terrible service.
