Merry Maids charged upfront more than 500 before the service, then did not provide what the estimator promised to clean my 3-bedroom house. The “cleaners” showed up late, said they can't dust anything unless it's a flat surface because they're not allowed to pick up anything. They won't vacuum if there's dog hair because it clogs their vacuum cleaner. Two women spent more than 4 hours to make one bed and clean one bathroom. They said their service was guaranteed. It's a lie. When I complained I never got a call back. Worthless! Don't bother unless you enjoy throwing money away! |
