| Nicole S. | I wanted to leave "no stars" but that is not an option. Do not rent any properties or support this business. We recently rented a house through Country Butlers Jordan. We had some issues with the house like no direct TV as advertised, a fire pit that was barely working, no fishing pond as advertised, a leaking kitchen sink and a dishwasher that did not work. We let him know about these items as feedback when we left and basically said too bad! And that it was our fault for not letting him know what was wrong with everything while we were there. He said he would have addressed it then...like we want to deal with people coming in and out to fix stuff the whole time we are on vacation! The guy was relentless in regards to saying it's our own fault for not letting him know and that "stuff happens" deal with it! HORRIBLE customer service! Too bad the home owners that pay him to deal with customer service are using him! DO NOT RENT any of the properties he is associated with unless you don't care if half of the amenities don't work or if you want to spend you vacation fixing someone else mess! |
