| Denisse Arreola | Not happy with the services and pricing anymore. Older Hispanic lady that is usually there with her husband is kind friendly and knows her service is very well. Her customer service is excellent. Just recently they hired her niece and today I was charged 12 for each pair of pants to have them altered. Spent 38 including tax. The young lady did not know the pricing. She kept asking me how much I get charged for the services. I do not remember, of course I am a customer I don't go there quite often only as needed. She kept calling her aunt to get the pricing information. I forgot to get my ticket so I had to tell her my name. She then went through a pile of clothes that was on a counter to pick out my clothes which we're not on any hangers ready for pickup. They were just pile as if they were a dirty pile of clothes. My clothes were dropped off clean fresh out of the washer and dryer ready for alteration. When I looked over my pants I noticed that there was a white sticky stain all over them. I was upset I did not say anything and I walked out. But I will be speaking with someone in charge soon to handle this matter. It was very unprofessional. |
