The only reason I didn't provide a 5 star rating is that they sometimes they miss some details so it's important to walk the house before they leave and do a spot check. I recommend that a checklist of client preferences and needs be developed for each client and used at the end of each service to make sure all is done based on individual client requests. |

| Kelsey Jolly | I have used a maid for years now. Sadly my lady retired and I have given these guys a shot. I would have been better off hiring a 10 year old! This was absolutely the worst experience I have ever seen. I am hosting a dinner party tomorrow and needed it spotless. They were 2 hours late first off, then after they left I checked the house and they didn't realize I had laminent floors that you cannot just mop and leave water on. So I then proceeded to put on a swifter pad and dry up some of the water... the pictures will show you how bad the floor still was. Then as you will see my ceiling fans, air vents, etc weren't dusted at all. Then looking at my cabinets there's dust all on them. So sad. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! If I could give no stars as an option I would. |
