House Cleaning Services by Comet Cleaners in Hudson Oaks, Texas

I used them for convenience even thought they took little care in trying to avoid wrinkles when pressing clothes. The final straw was when I had them press a brand new white button-up for my cousins wedding. I picked it up and left it covered to avoid anything happening while I travelled. It came time to get ready, I took the shirt out of the plastic and it had yellowish stains ALL OVER IT. It was all I had and I had to wear it through the wedding and reception. When I took it back, the lady told me that they couldn't have done that. They said they would try to get it out but would not refund any money. When I returned, the stains were still visible, and again they would not return my money. After I showed that I wasnt happy they said they could show it to the owner and see what he says "but he's probably going to say there's nothing he can do". 3 weeks later, after not getting a phone call, I decided to stop by and just get my shirt to avoid anymore headaches, THEY LOST MY SHIRT! They said "the owner must have it". For what?! Then a week later they called and said they found it and the owner said that they didnt make the stains and they weren't going to do anything about it. THEY ARE THE WORST DRY CLEANERS I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. WE HAVE NOT BEEN BACK SINCE AND WILL NOT BE BACK EVER. We thankfully found another cleaners in the area that may cost a little more but they do a much better job of pressing and customer service is wonderful. That's worth it to me. I probably would have kept going to this comet cleaners for the convenience if they would have just handled their mishap with some professionalism. But no. Customers dont matter. I hope nobody else has to deal with anything like what they did to me. I wouldnt recommend them if they were the only dry cleaners around. I would recommend getting an iron and some starch and doing it yourself.

Good dry cleaning and laundering service. All of my encounters there have been pleasant.
